ETDA Terms and Conditions

All monies for lessons should be paid to the instructor and not ETDA.

ETDA Drivers will always act in a professional and courteous manner.

ETDA will not accept any liability for monies paid in advance to the instructor.

ETDA or it's drivers will not discriminate against Colour, Creed, Race Religion or Sexual Preference.

ETDA drivers will always ensure that the training car used will be roadworthy, dual controlled car and be kept in a clean and tidy condition.

ETDA cannot be held responsible for cancelled lesson due to illness.

ETDA cannot be held responsible for cancelled lessons due to the instructors car breaking down.

• Unless 48 hours notice is given, cancelled lessons will have to be paid for at the normal rate to the instructor.

If the Driving instructor deem his/her pupil is not ready to take the practical driving test the instructor reserves the right to not let his/her car be used by the pupil for the purpose of the practical driving test. The instructor will always give ample notice to the pupil to allow the pupil to make alternative arrangements or postpone his/her test date.

If you have complaints that cannot be dealt with by the instructor you should speak to ETDA on 07816 146 865 and every effort will be made to deal with your complaint in total confidence.

We reserve the right to change lesson prices as market trends dictate with 2 weeks notice to the pupil.
